Restore it from the verified source after rewriting. This is not necessary for every message, but it can reduce accidental edits in repetitive data.

Reorder this into status, impact, next action, and deadline. Keep every factual statement unchanged. Do not summarize figures.

The narrower the transformation, the easier it is to review.
